Janet grew up on the Top End of the Northern Territory riding horses, besotted by cats and dogs. Moving to Brisbane Janet attended boarding school and University where she gained her degree in Veterinary Science. Her career has had her moving around a bit, first off to south east South Australia where she worked in large animal practice, then a mixed practice (mostly horses) in the Hunter Valley. Janet finally arrived and settled in Sydney in October 1989. Between 1993 and 1999 Janet owned Inner West Veterinary Hospital leaving to have a rest and conduct house calls throughout 2000 and 2001 during which time she realized she needed to be in her own practice again she set out to find the perfect place, which became Livingstone Road Animal Health Centre. Janet has special interest in Internal Medicine especially Oncology, Cardiothoracic, Anesthesia, Analgesia, Geriatric medicine and the Human -Animal bond and animal welfare.
